Salto de Tequendama and Hacienda Coloma, Cundinamarca.

The Salto de Tequendama is an emblematic point with ancient history surrounding it. The tale tells that the good Bochica (from the Muiscas tribe) using his stick created an opening for the water folding the savanna. The waters are the Bogota River. It has a beautiful house that used to be in the beginning a train station and after turned to be a hotel. After long years of shinning the house was abandoned.  On 2011 the Foundation Granja Ecologica El Porvenir bought it and started funding its restorations. Nowadays the house is closed but on the trip you can get great pictures of The Salto de Tequendama.

Hacienda Coloma is a coffee hacienda where you will live the whole process of coffee: from the seed to the cup of this delicious beverage.
